Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Delays & Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery date with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
